Today's (20th March 2025) to-do list

  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Get sponsorship for MacMillan - my postie said that he was going to sponsor me even though he barely knows me!!
  • Get sponsorship for LPT
  • Keep checking FB about languages
  • Check forum for birthdays
  • Announce birthdays if necessary
  • Wish everyone a Blessed Ostara
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Make breakfast of toast and juice - only if my carer has gone by 7.30am
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Do washing up
  • Resize and put photo on here and Instagram
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Do morning laps
  • Bring in delivery
  • Put delivery away
  • Send blurb/synopsis/both to Rob when he gets back
  • Make lunch of instant soup
  • Take photo of lunch
  • Bring lunch through to the living room 
  • Have lunch
  • Log lunch into FitBit app
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Do washing up 
  • Do afternoon laps
  • Arrange for my brother to collect the heirlooms - we're narrowing it down slowly now... ideally in the first half term of 2025 - I've just emailed him to ask again - he's just replied and we're aiming for Easter instead now
  • Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything
  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • As well as the snacks in the tubs on the side
  • And chocolate raisins in the fridge
  • There's crisps in the drawers too
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread too - 3 slices left in the freezer now
  • Study my courses
  • Post about something I'm grateful for today
  • Download, resize and save BP machine photos
  • Put 6 days' worth of photos on my health site
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
