Goooood morning all!

I've woken up in a really positive mood this morning!

When I took my blood pressure this morning, it was 8 points higher than my normal but still low, and I've got a headache brewing in my left eye and above my left eyebrow which is working its way across my forehead now.

Both my FitBits are charging up now... it'll be interesting to see if the new one, the new Charge 6 vibrates every 2,500 steps like the original Inspire does 'cos I found that really motivational!

I've popped my morning pills and had my breakfast so I'll shut up now, put today's to-do list up then see if there's time to sort the photo out before my first carer of the day gets here.  Gotta remember to put my next grocery order in and put the bags in front of the door after lunch ready for bringing it all in and putting it away.

The virus scan found an 'Advanced Issue' which is now reassuringly resolved.
