Today (31st March 2025) I'm grateful for...

...finally deciding what to do with the two settings on my new FitBit.  It went from absolutely nothing to only vibrating when my heart rate went into the "peak" zone (whatever that is) to hopefully recording everything and vibrating when I want it to now.


I'm also grateful for already having written to the Benefits Agency back in February, so I can date and file that tomorrow.


I'm grateful that I don't need any more bread or hot choccie with tomorrow's groceries so I can try a few new things without worrying too much about wasting money if I don't like them or whatever.


I think I'll get rid of the cut-off time for breakfasts otherwise I could potentially only be living on a mug of soup a day.  I wake up at 5am now so I've got an hour and a half to get my blood pressure taken, my morning pills popped and my breakfast made and eaten which is hopefully enough time... I'm grateful that I experimented today though.


I'm grateful that I've remembered to order more of my bladder pills too, so I'm hoping that they will be delivered before I run out.
