Second update to today's to-do list
Today's (18th April 2023) lunch photo
Just like this morning, this post and photo is a couple of hours late lol I've had a busy couple of hours since I ate though, so I refuse to feel bad about the second delayed photo of the day.
It was 12 potato croquettes and loads of carrots with a pretty decent amount of brown sauce today and I still need to get 541 calories down my neck to even hit my days minimum which is over 3 drinking chocolates and considering that I'm currently nicely full for today, I don't wanna take too many risks so maybe a few treat-sized choccies is the way forward as well as at least one drinking choccie? I'll see how this afternoon goes and take things as they come... one day under budget won't be too bad considering I'm back to having toast tomorrow, right?

Today's (18th April 2023) breakfast photo
Like with everything else this morning, this post is a couple of hours later than I had my breakfast lol
It was my last bowlful of Fruit and Fibre with the very last dreggs of soya milk and a bottle of orange juice. It's back to toast again tomorrow, so I barely remembered to take the loaf of bread out of the freezer in preparation.

(a very late) Morning all
After resolving one techy issue yesterday, a different one has now cropped up and I can't work out how to fix it which is scary.
I've already taken my morning pills, got washed and changed, had my breakfast and I've got my first coffee of the day on the go now.
I'm gonna have 4 very small lunches this week 'cos the tins of spaghetti hoops that I ordered are out of stock and have been replaced with tins that are half the size. I've got plenty of fruit to keep me going though lol I've put in the order for the middle of May that's pretty much the same as today's and will be in future now that I've only got 10 minutes with my lunchtime carer instead of the 30 minutes I'm supposed to have twice a day.
Ho hum, not to worry.

Today's (17th April 2023) lunch photo
Where on earth has this morning disappeared to?!
I couldn't have had a quicker, simpler or easier lunch today - a mug of instant tomato soup and leftovers from yesterdays lunch (2 servings of Quorn family roast and 2 servings of boiled new potatoes) and I've somehow still gotta consume at least another 100 calories to even hit the minimum this afternoon, even though I'm nicely full... I can see at least one drinking chocolate coming in to play this afternoon lol
