Mornin' all

I've come to a decision this morning, now that I'm officially no longer using FitBit but using Visible instead:  I'll still weigh myself every Monday morning after breakfast, but if my "morning stability" in my Visible app is below 3 out of 5 then I won't be exercising.  My weight this morning used to mean two sets of exercises a day, but my Visible app only gave me a morning stability score of 2, so I won't be doing them today but it's an improvement on yesterday's 1 out of 5!


So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure which was only 98, which is low even for me!  I've taken my morning pills and had my breakfast, washed up and weighed myself.  I've officially run out of juice as of this morning so it'll be another glass of water to wash my breakfast down with tomorrow.  The daily virus scan was still reassuringly clear, so that's a relief.


I'm expecting a delivery today, so it could, potentially, be a late night for me tonight.


This first blog post is getting a bit long, so I'm gonna publish it and get today's breakfast photo and then my to-do list up.  Gotta remember to resize and put up my next set of photos on my health site as well as bringing in the rubbish and recycling containers.
