I underestimated just how filling salads could be lol
My first warm-weather lunch was approx 80g of mixed salad leaves, a green pepper, a jumbo salad onion, 2 celery sticks, 2 pickled eggs and about 10g-ish of Vegan Mayo, washed down with a 330ml can of a Sparkling Mango pop. I'm gonna be burping all afternoon now, but the vinegar that the eggs were pickled in and the onion has really cleared my tubes lol
I've well and truly had my 5 servings of veg in my lunch lol
