Just my usual two slices of wholemeal toast with dairy free spread, hazelnut chocolate spread and an orange juice this morning.
I weighed myself when I took the plate and empty bottle through to the kitchen and I've lost 400g which puts me within the healthy weight range for my height still, but I wanna increase my weight rather than lose it... it's a good excuse to pig out on drinking chocolates, mince pies and vegan crisps this week though, which I'm not complaining about at all lol
