T'was a huuuge lunch today of 2 portions of a vegan family roast, 2 portions of roast potatoes, 2 portions of broccoli and 2 portions of runner beans, so basically double portions of everything lol. I was gonna have some mince pies for my pud to really ramp up my calories, but I'm already almost 500 calories over budget, so I'll save them until tomorrow lol
