...stumbled and very nearly ended up on the floor after catching my foot on the perching stool that my carer must have moved to sit down on at lunchtime. I wasn't carrying anything at the time and I managed to crawl to the bottom of the stairs to get me back to my feet but I won't be leaving the sofa for a good while now, no matter how thirsty or desperate for a wee I get!
I'm giving my FitBit some juice, so that'll keep me glued to the sofa for a while, even if I forget about what's just happened.
