It's been a loooooong couple of days so I've popped my last two prescriptions and I'm heading to bed now.


I'll see you all in the morning when I've gotta remember the deliveries as well as the bath so it'll be a full day for me.

I realise...

...that it's still afternoon as opposed to evening, but I haven't slept a wink in 37 hours so I'm popping my pills early and heading on up to beddy-byes.

Today's (4th April 2025) breakfast photo

Today's breakfast was very early (I couldn't sleep so I've been awake and up for almost 24 hours now) and the same as my usual but I didn't drop any this morning, so I was able to have the 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with 'Buttery' spread and a 300ml bottle of Multivitamin Mixed Berries juice this morning.

I was wrong, I'm sorry

I decided to use the opportunity of my laptop being on the floor so that I could take my blood pressure reading, to grab a glass of water and pop my morning pills too.  I definitely won't have my breakfast yet or I'll be feeling sick with hunger before lunchtime.


For now though, I'm gonna curl up under my sleeved blanket and listen to another podcast while I finish off the glass of water and make myself the first creamy drinking chocolate of the day.

It's finally ticked over to morning so I can say good morning to you all now.


I'm also gonna put up today's to-do list and run the virus scan but won't take my morning pills until 4am in case I forget and take too many.


I'm gonna spend the next 5 hours catching up on podcasts, then take my blood pressure, pop my morning pills and have my breakfast in plenty of time this morning.

Today (3rd April 2025) I'm grateful for...

...not feeling too sick today while I was doing my laps.


I'm also grateful for almost finishing the charging on both of my FitBits and completely finishing the charge on both my phones.


I'm grateful that I turned the air purifier on and that my last two pills of the day went down OK.


All in all it's been a pretty good day.

Mornin' all

Well, this morning could have started better because the virus scan found an advanced issue again and one of my three spreadsheets couldn't be found when I tried to open it, but it's all fixed now.


I feel too sick to have breakfast so I'm gonna rely on me-friendly creamy hot chocolates for my calories today.


Today I'm hoping to go through my hard drive, deleting all the empty folders that appeared yesterday for some reason, but other than that I'm hoping for a quiet, easy day.


This blog post is getting a bit long, so I'm gonna publish it and get today's to-do list together before my carer arrives.

I'm veeeeery late getting these photos up thanks to a huge techie issue that was caused by yours truly and it's taken the best part of 7 hours to fix, but it's done now and I'll know not to do it again lol


Breakfast was my usual 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with 'Buttery' spread and a 'Multivitamin Mixed Berries' juice for a change this morning.


Lunch was my usual mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup made entirely by me while my carer washed up the washing up bowl (nope, unfortunately not joking).

Mornin' all

I remembered that it was Wednesday today so the weekly scan got started as soon as I took my blood pressure and popped my morning pills, including a happy pill, and it's at 47% already even though it's been going for less than 2 minutes!


I'm gonna wait until after my carer has been and gone before I have my breakfast and if she doesn't get here until 8am then I'll just have the soup at lunchtime.


Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.

It's been a loooooong stressful day today, but I've got my webhosts on the case for sorting out my FTP issues so that'll hopefully be sorted out soon.


NaNo have broken my heart though, so I've invested in 4 domains and I've just gotta find out how to save an archive of everything in my account.


It's Wednesday tomorrow so the first official weekly virus scan and backups on my new machine... if it's anything like the monthly scan, I'll hopefully have it all done and dusted before lunch!


For tonight though, I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm heading off to beddy-byes.

I've managed to secure another 4 domains now that NaNo is going the same way as JanNo and my website issue has been escalated to the support team who will hopefully get back to me to solve it tomorrow.  I haven't achieved much but it feels like the wheels are in motion now to getting things sorted.


Just gotta contact the NaNo bods about how to save everything in my account so that I don't lose it all now!

Today's lunch was made and then washed up entirely by my carer today!  She wouldn't let me do a thing and even listened when I said about the bubbles stopping before she poured the boiling water into the mug!

Mornin' all

It's a good job that I put that reminder on my blog last night otherwise I'd have completely forgotten that I need to put in my next grocery order and put the bags down in front of the door this afternoon!  I also need to remember to put last week's FitBit image together - it'll be interesting to see what it's like when it arrives in my inbox because of swapping over to my new FitBit at the end of last week!


I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast and started off the daily virus scan so far this morning.
