Well, today was a total break from recently and my stomach is now kinda going "WTAF?!" lol
Breakfast was my first solid meal for 6 days and consisted of two slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and 'Buttery' spread with the last of last week's Multivitamin Multifruit juice. I had to eat and drink it standing up in the kitchen because of the weekly backups so couldn't put my laptop on the floor.
Lunch was 3 packets of Harvest Snaps Thai Sweet Chilli lentil puffs, 5 snack-sized vegan (cheese) bites and a 500ml glass of water.
