- having a shower and washing my hair without slipping over or catching pneumonia this morning
- making the right decision to have my breakfast before my shower so that I didn't get low blood sugar while I was in the bathroom
- doing the preparatory videos for my 3 nephews so that my shaved head isn't so much of a shock for them
- listening to Take That all morning so that my mood didn't take a nose-dive
- weighing myself so that I knew that I should not do any more laps this week
- dosing myself up with creamy hot chocolates twice this morning
- getting my lunch ready, photographed and admin done before my carer arrived so that she could spend the entire time she was here watching videos on her phone
- catching up on the week's housework in the hour after my carer left
- not feeling guilty that I'm having waaaay too much sugar today
- remembering that I've got a delivery due at any time now that it's been dispatched
