Well I've woken up with a bad cough and headache and my nose is sprinting too, so it looks like I've got another cold which I really didn't need.
I've taken my blood pressure which was raised for me but still low in the range, popped my morning pills, had a bottle of fruit juice for my breakfast and run the daily virus scan which was still clear, so I'm just waiting on my last carer of the week to arrive now.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
