There are a couple of things that I've been pondering on recently and I know what some people would say, but I'd like the opinions of my blog readers before I say a definite yes or no to them.
- I've been pondering on getting an Alexa for a few years but have held off so far... should I get one or not? Now that I'm a disabled young Yule widow I've been getting back to my old addiction of chocolate again and I'm wondering if having an Alexa could potentially be the company that I need? I know she's not real, but would I be able to have a conversation with her or ask her to tell me a joke or read a book to me or play music or podcasts or whatever instead of relying on chocolate so heavily?
- I'm petrified of dentists and haven't been to one for the last two decades and I've lost 3 adult teeth (2 got pulled out under GA and one rotted out) and I've got a wobbly/semi broken one and a rapidly rotting one next to the hole from the rotten tooth so my newest serious pondering is if I should get every tooth pulled and just have a full set of dentures? It would solve a phobia and would mean that I could get rid of going slowly toothless before I hit pension age. To me it's a big huge no-brainer, but is it sensible or just my phobia taking over please?
All thoughts and opinions are more than welcome and I'm totally open-minded about both of them.
Over to you 😊
