It's been a rapid day today - it feels like my carer only left 2 hours ago instead of 11 hours ago and all I've consumed all day is my breakfast and 1.5 litres of water!!
I've popped my last two pills of the week and I'm gonna head on up to beddy-byes now.
I'll see you all in the morning with the monthly virus scan.
