Today's (23rd April 2025) to-do list

  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Run weekly virus scan
  • Do backups
  • Sort out Tune Up files
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Get sponsorship for MacMillan - my postie said that he was going to sponsor me even though he barely knows me!!
  • Get sponsorship for LPT
  • Keep checking FB about languages
  • Check forum for birthdays
  • Announce birthdays if necessary - none until Friday now
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Make breakfast - toast and juice this morning
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Do washing up
  • Resize and put photo on here and Instagram
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Phone pharmacy - my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on 10th so I'll wait until later this week before I phone them
  • Do morning laps
  • Charge up new FitBit
  • Go through C's feedback on my manuscript
  • Make lunch of cheese and crisps
  • Take photo of lunch
  • Bring lunch through to the living room
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Do washing up - my carer did it for me today
  • Do afternoon laps
  • Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything - someone wants the DVD too - someone else wants the PPE!! - and a third person wants the plug - someone is due this afternoon to pick up some things and I've chased up the other two Freeglers too and reoffered the other things that nobody has wanted so far - the Freegler picked up their things so I'm just waiting for the other two Freeglers to reply now - one replied overnight and said they were coming to pick their things up at the start of May, so just waiting on the other Freegler now
  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • As well as the snacks in the tubs on the side
  • There's plenty of broken/mis-shaped chocolate in the drawers too
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread too
  • Study my courses
  • Post about something I'm grateful for today
  • Download, resize and save BP machine photos
  • Put 6 days' worth of photos on my health site
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
