...just weighed myself and I've lost 1.3kg since Monday morning so I'm bang in the middle of my healthy weight range now instead of verging on being overweight again.
I'll still be not consuming chocolate this week and aiming for a blue or green FitBit graph this week, but I seem to be bang on track for re-starting my chocolate eating and drinking next week along with the laps again... maybe only once a day next week though?
