Fourth and final update to today's to-do list

  • Take Visible reading
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Study at least one course
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Check forum
  • Announce birthdays if necessary - none until Monday
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Make breakfast of toast and juice
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Do washing up
  • Resize and put photo on here and Instagram
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Put stool together - I've tried but I need to take something off the bar that I'm too weak to pull off, so I'll have to ask my carers/SIL to do it for me, but at least I've attempted it now - my lunchtime carer couldn't remove it so I'm gonna try and remember to ask tomorrow lunchtime's carer but if she can't do it either, then I'm really hoping my SIL will be able to on Sunday - she didn't want to do it, so I've asked my SIL and she's going to try tomorrow - I'm hoping M will be able to get it off today - I forgot to take the instructions and M didn't think it needed to come off so I'll try again next time
  • Do morning laps
  • Do morning sit-ups
  • Ask about DNR for body donation on Facebook
  • Do any initial admin for product test
  • Start using as appropriate - tomorrow (Saturday) will be my first use of it, so I've gotta remember to put plaster and tape onto my finger because it's got a few cuts on it and the instructions say not to use it with sore skin, I'm assuming because it'll be agony? - This morning is the first test and my finger is well and truly dressed lol - put my initial thoughts up this morning, straight after my bath, before I forgot lol
  • Send my book to final reviewer in December
  • Send reviewers my book if they agree
  • Keep my fingers crossed they enjoy and positively review my memoir
  • Keep an eye on Freecycle to see if anyone wants anything
  • Make lunch of mince pies and ginger beer
  • Take photo of lunch
  • Bring lunch through to the living room
  • Log lunch into FitBit app
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Do washing up
  • Do afternoon laps
  • Do sit-ups in hall
  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • There's plenty of broken/mis-shaped chocolate in the drawers
  • And choccie raisins in the fridge too
  • Not forgetting all the crisps in the drawer
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread as well
  • Study my courses (starting at the bottom of the page)
  • Post about something I'm grateful for today
  • Download, resize and save BP machine photos
  • Put 6 days' worth of photos on my health site
  • Put blood pressure spreadsheet onto health site on the last day of each month
  • Put Visible PDF onto health site on 1st of every month
  • Take Visible reading
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
