I might regret it but...

...I'm gonna attempt to do just my laps this afternoon, now that I've discovered the trigger for my diarrhoea attacks this morning.


I'm as sure as I can be that I've poo'd out my entire digestive system now and the urgency is just a rapid succession of farts now, so I'm gonna try to do my laps but definitely no sit-ups or crunches just in case... I'm not risking being on the floor when I fart in case I unexpectedly follow through.


I'm just gonna take it very carefully and if my body (especially bottom) tells me it's had enough, then I'll stop straight away... no risks this afternoon at all.


Keep your fingers crossed that I'm not playing too hard, too fast this afternoon please?
