Mornin' all
I remembered (with the help of the reminder on my phone) that I needed to run the monthly virus scan this morning, so that's 6% of the way through so far. I've also taken my blood pressure and 9 morning pills with a glass of water, so I'm all set for the morning now, while I wait for my carer to arrive.
9% now.
Gonna go and make myself a creamy hot chocolate then decide what to tackle on my day's to-do list first.

Nite nite orl
Tomorrow morning I've gotta remember to run the monthly virus scan of every file on my computer which will prolly take forever but the peace of mind is worth it to me.
My last two pills of the day have been popped and I'm well and truly cream-crackered after waking up at 3am and not being able to get back to sleep.
Time for me to head on up to beddy-byes.

Today I'm grateful for...
...getting through the festive season and managing to post the letter to my GP. There's still another thing to post, but it's too wide for post box slots (I know because we tried) so I'm gonna have to ask my wonderful in-laws to drop it into a post office for me instead.
