Today's (27th August 2025) breakfast photo

Today's breakfast was my second proper meal of the week and was 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and 'Buttery' spread with a 300ml bottle of 'Multivitamin Multifruit' juice.

Mornin' all

Well, I've woken up, taken my first Visible reading of the day, taken my blood pressure, started the weekly virus scan, refilled the bottle with squash and  popped my morning pills so far this morning, so I've already had a pretty productive day considering it's only 4.38am!


I've got a delivery of vitamin enriched flavoured sparkling water due between 10.10am and 2.10pm today too, so it'll be another busy day.


Time to get today's to-do list together now methinks.

It's been a long, busy, active, exhausting day today so I hope I'll be able to fall asleep as soon as I collapse into bed tonight.

Today (26th August 2025) I'm grateful for...

...managing to get both sets of laundry done and hung up, my undies sorted reasonably easily, all my groceries being delivered without any substitutions and my first mug of drinking chocolate for 5 days... sooooo good.


I'm also grateful that I've got enough chocolate in the fridge to keep me going for almost 2 weeks and I've got 4 and a bit tubs of drinking chocolate, so that's a big relief for this chocaholic lol


I'm also grateful that I remembered to take my FA today - I've completely forgotten all day, but the first one of the week has been taken now, so that's me dosed up until Thursday now.


I've got significantly over my 'Pace Points' budget on my Visible, so I'm gonna hopefully have an easy day tomorrow so that I can recover.



Tomorrow (Wednesday) I've gotta remember...

  1. to run the weekly virus scan
  2. to do the weekly backups
  3. to finish charging my main FitBit
  4. to urgently charge up my Inspire
  5. to charge up my Visible
  6. to only do one set of sit-ups

Today's (26th August 2025) lunch photo

Today's lunch was a totally new lunch for me and only took 8 minutes to make and eat which was a relief and there was no washing up to do either!


Lunch was a pot of reduced fat houmous and a packet of tomato and basil hummus chips.
