Mornin' all
Well, I've been awake since 2.47am, pulled the water heating switch on in the bathroom at 3am, was downstairs and taking my blood pressure by 3.15am, had my breakfast of a glass of water to take my morning pills by 3.30am and ran the daily virus scan, which was thankfully clear.
Time to get today's to-do list together then I'll have my bath to try and relax a bit.

It's been a long, stressful, exhausting, emotional day today, so I'm taking myself on up to bed bang on time tonight.
I'll see you all in the morning when I've gotta remember to pull the water heating switch on for my weekly bath and I definitely deserve it this week.
