Mornin' mornin'

Mornin' all.

My early night wasn't so early after all and I was wide awake by the time I crawled into bed lol

I've had my morning glass of water with my morning pills, run the daily virus scan, updated a browser and been for two wee's so far this morning.

Yesterday's experiment showed that I definitely still need mainly hot drinks 'cos although my throat was only slightly less dry, I only drank about 500ml (ie one drink) less than I usually do and I couldn't get warm all day, so I'm thinking I'll go back to drinking the mainly hot drinks when I'm cold and I'll have water in warmer weather.

My carer could turn up at any time now, so I'm gonna publish this, take my watch off and try and put my to-do list together before she arrives.
