Well I was awake before 4.15am again this morning and was curled up for the next half an hour trying to get back to sleep, but it just wasn't meant to be. I decided to come downstairs and make an early start on the weekly virus scan and pill taking so they're underway and done now.
I'm gonna have a day of no snacking today to see what that does to my calorie count and only one creamy drinking chocolate as my reward for going partly outside on one of my sets of laps today.
Time to put today's to-do list together now I reckon.
