I haven't been able to open my email programme all day for some reason, so I had to download the breakfast and lunch photos from my email account online and this is the first time I've been able to get them sorted for you all, so I'm putting both of the photos of my breakfast and lunch up together in one post.
Breakfast was my usual choccie Weetabix with a freshly opened carton of plant protein soya milk and my usual bottle of orange juice.
Lunch was a 6 serving packet of me-friendly bacon flavour rashers crisps and an 80g packet of dry roasted peanuts with a 500ml glass of water to quench my thirst.
