I've gotta remember to weigh myself after I've had my breakfast tomorrow and log it into my FitBit app so that I can see if I've reached my new minimum lap-doing weight or not... I hope I have 'cos I've been seriously in the red, calorie-wise every day this last week and I've felt sooo sluggish! I'm not gonna take any risks though, so if my weight isn't back up to the new minimum then I just won't do them again.
I've popped my last two pills of the day, week and month so I'm gonna head on up to beddy-byes now.
