Today's breakfast was the same as yesterday's - berry granola with plant protein soya milk and an orange juice.
I weighed myself after I'd finished eating and drinking it and I've somehow lost over half a kilo in the last 7 days so I've already had three me-friendly creamy hot chocolates in the last hour and I've adjusted tomorrow's groceries to have foods that'll hopefully send my calorie count through the roof so that I don't lose any more weight this week.
