I've woken up with a headache and poppy-ears but my blood pressure was in my normal range and I managed to pop my morning pills without any problems. The virus scan was clear and I've put in a repeat prescription request so hopefully they will be here at the start of next week.
It's a normal day today, but I'm not gonna have any breakfast 'cos the last 3 days were significantly into the red, I'm running out of coffee and I can put teabags down the waste disposal until a more reasonable time so it's water all morning, but that's OK right?
