I've gotta remember to take my landline and mobile phone with me everywhere I go first thing tomorrow 'cos I've got a medical bod phoning me at 8.45am to fill out some paperwork for a blood test <gulp>

I'm also expecting a delivery "by 8pm tomorrow" too, so I hope Loki behaves himself and doesn't get the delivery to turn up at the same time as the medical appointment!  lol

I'm gonna do my laps as soon as I've had my breakfast and my FitBit starts to record each blob so that I don't miss a blob and still have time to recover before the doc calls.

I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm heading off to bed now.
