In a total break from the norm, I broke out my barista milk foamer today and used 500ml of 'Barista Oat milk' to make myself a couple of mugs of foamed, chilled milk and it took me right back to my early childhood with my Nana whisking up the milk with quite some gusto before pouring it into a (plastic) beaker for me to enjoy either just before I went down for a nap or just after I'd woken up from one. A hugely comforting memory and trip down memory lane.
