Mornin' all

I've remembered to pull the water heating switch in the bathroom, so my weekly luxury is at 4.55am.

I've also taken my blood pressure which was back in my own personal range, popped my 9 morning pills, opened a new bottle of Omegas and need to remember to buy more of all of my supplements... should've checked sooner really lol

Gotta remember to unbox the light shades and get ready for when the electrician comes to sort the lights out for me.

The virus scan was still clear, so that's a positive

Time to get today's to-do list together then go and have my bath...
