So far this morning I've taken my Visible reading (4 out of 5), taken my blood pressure (almost back to my normal), popped my morning pills, had breakfast, got washed and dressed then weighed myself, and turned my laptop on. I'm almost 2 kilos over where I want to be with my weight, so I'll be doing laps, sit-ups and crunches again this week and drinking water instead of hot drinks to save every calorie that I can. I've got a delivery due today too as well as having to bring my rubbish and recycling containers in. I've just taken my blue sack out too.
The daily virus scan found an advanced issue, so I'd best go and sort that out then put today's to-do list together.
