I woke up at 2.55am again this morning, so maybe that's my new waking up time now?
I've taken my blood pressure and it was more normal than recently but still higher than normal for me.
Started the virus scan off at about 4am, made my breakfast and popped my first 9 pills of the day.
Time to get today's to-do list together now me-thinks.
