Fifth update to today's to-do list

  • Wake up
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Bring in rubbish sack
  • Bring in recycling containers
  • Have breakfast
  • Put breakfast photo onto this blog and Instagram
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Weigh myself
  • Log weight into FitBit
  • Download FitBit spreadsheet
  • Code and upload the FitBit spreadsheet to my homepage - there are problems uploading atm but I'll keep trying 
  • Have lunch
  • Put lunchtime photo up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Ask afternoon carer to help me to change the bedding
  • Put bedding on to wash
  • Give microwave to Freegler - they've got until Wednesday to pick it up then I'll re-advertise it
  • Offer Steve's footrest on Freegle
  • Write some more of the sequel
  • Read and review 3 Kindle Unlimited books 
  • Study more of my courses 
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed

Today's (1st May 2023) lunch photo

This afternoon's carer was fantastic!  She changed the majority of the bed as well as making my lunch of a mug of instant tomato soup for me then she reminded me to get the leftover Quorn family roast out of the fridge too.

Today's (1st May 2023) breakfast photo

I doubt you can see the difference in the photo, but today's breakfast was "toasty" toast (as opposed to medium slices of bread) so it was a bit thicker cut.  I put lashings of dairy-free spread onto it and it didn't seem to soak in as quickly and stayed crunchier for longer too.  I'll see how I feel about it in a few days time so that I can decide which bread to get next time.


It was toast, dairy-free spread and an orange juice for breakfast - same as usual.

I was wrong, I'm sorry

I predicted that my morning carer would turn up before I'd published my day's to-do list, but as you can see, I was wrong.


I'm sorry for my mistake - she turned up just as I typed that lol


Time to update the to-do then sort out my brekkie while I wait for the rubbish and recycling collectors to turn up then I can weigh myself and sort out last week's spreadsheet.  It's all go this morning lol

Mornin' all

How are you all doing this morning?


According to my FitBit I was asleep for 9 hours but it only feels like 3 to me.


I've taken my morning pills and got a coffee on the go atm.  I'm gonna weigh myself after I've had my breakfast when my morning carer has been and gone.  I've gotta bring the rubbish and recycling containers in when they've been collected too.


For any fellow Pagans reading my blog, I wish you a Blessed Beltane and I hope you enjoy your celebrations tonight.


Time to put up my day's to-do list now and I predict that my carer will turn up before I publish it lol
