Nite nite orl

I've gotta remember three unconnected things tomorrow - my groceries are being delivered so I've gotta put the bags in front of the door after lunch (and I've gotta put in my next order when the slots become available) and I've also got a delivery due tomorrow too as well as refilling my squash bottle again.

I can barely keep my eyes open right now though, so I'm heading off to beddy-byes.

I'll see you all in the morning.

Opinions please!

I've just been smacked by another non-fiction writing idea but I don't know if it'll be readable or if I'll be wasting my time.

I've already written a memoir about my main disability, but what about my rare mental illness?  Not a memoir in the same style again, but glimpses into what goes through my head when I become psychotic?  The things I think and feel and "know" kinda thing?

I've got limited information about the start of each psychotic episode because I've got previous webpages that I wrote while I was still semi-sane and I know that I'm pretty much guaranteed to get psychotic again as I write it, but it feels like it's coming to the surface and needs to be written, just like I needed to write my memoir.

Should I go through with it and put fingers to keyboard again though, considering I can pretty much guarantee that it'll make me seriously mentally unwell while I'm writing and editing it or do I put it in the "don't be daft" drawer along with all my other silly ideas?

Today's (1st September 2025) lunch photo

I didn't think I'd be getting any leftovers yesterday because it wasn't the usual roast, but I was wrong and I had another pig-out for my lunch today too!

My MIL made vegan pasta bolognaise for the three of us and I bought a huge plateful of it home with me so I'm well and truly stuffed now!

The bolognaise was made using a tomato pasata sauce with plenty of yellow peppers and mushrooms and the pasta was "twirly" pasta.

Goood morning all!

I've woken up in a great mood and think/hope I've got the first health report emailed to myself.  I've popped my first pills of the week and month, had my breakfast and weighed myself so far this morning.  I'm 50g under where I need to be to do my laps and sit-ups, so it'll be a lazy week with plenty of creamy drinking chocolates to attempt to get my weight up to where it needs to be in a week's time.

The virus scan found two sensitive items so I haven't got a clue what they are, but I'm glad it's found them so that I can protect myself!

I'll hopefully get a bit more reading done today, but I'm not gonna force myself to do anything - it's very much a recovery week this week.

Time to get my first to-do list of the week and month together now I reckon.
