Just weighed myself and...

...I've lost 200g in the last 7 days, so I can still do the laps once a day but I'm only 150g into the safe zone now and I'll be having protein shakes each lunchtime which is only 108 calories, so I'm gonna be relying on the me-friendly creamy hot choccies even more this week which isn't a good thing, but rather that than going underweight again.


Today's (28th July 2025) to-do list

  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run monthly virus scan - 30% @ 5am
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book - I'm up to p125 as of yesterday - up to page 184 now - page 285 to start on tomorrow
  • Check forum
  • Announce birthdays if necessary - none for the rest of July
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Charge up watch
  • Make breakfast of creamy hot choccie
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Put hot choccie onto spreadsheet

  • Not forgetting all the choccie in the drawers as well
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread as well

Mornin' all

Well, I've woken up feeling like I haven't slept again, but that's pretty normal for me.


My blood pressure was slightly low for me again this morning, I've swallowed my 9 morning pills with my first glass of water of the day and remembered to set off the monthly virus scan, so time to go and weigh myself after I've put today's to-do list together now, then finish off reading the book then bring my rubbish and recycling in when it's been collected I reckon.

Nite nite orl

Tomorrow morning I've gotta remember to refill my squash bottle, bring the rubbish and recycling containers in and run the monthly virus scan instead of the daily one, but for tonight I'm absolutely wiped out so I'm gonna sign off and crawl straight on up to bed.

  • The chocolate Tiffin (whatever that is) in the drawer as well - breakfast today - very sweet and chocolatey so I'll get it again, just not very often considering how expensive it is for such a small amount!
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread as well - lunch today - two solid meals in 6 hours and my belly is having to rapidly remember how to process them lol

For my second meal of the day, I had 4 slices of fruit loaf and "Buttery" spread with a 500ml glass of water.  It's back to the liquid lunches next week and possibly a drinking chocolate for breakfast if I'm safe enough to make it, but we will have to wait and see.

Today's (27th July 2025) breakfast photo

My breakfast today was something I've never had before - chocolate Tiffin -  which were yummy but have seriously dried my mouth out now.  I also had a 500ml glass of water to wash it down with but it hasn't at all lol
