Guess what I had for breakfast today? Kinda my usual but there wasn't any fruit left so I had 3 chocolate biscuits instead lol
Breakfast consisted of Berries & Cherries muesli, plant protein soya milk, a bottle of orange juice and my first "hit" of chocolate today. There is gonna be lots of chocolate consumption this week 'cos I wanna get my daily calorie count up to 2,000 to see if that helps me to maintain as opposed to lose weight.
