Just my usual breakfast again this morning: berries & cherries muesli, plant protein soya milk, a pack of apple and grapes as well as, of course, my standard bottle of orange juice.
I've gotta remember two food-related things today - first, that I'm having left-overs for lunch as a change from my usual salad and second, that there are 3 punnets of fruit in the fridge that I need to eat before it goes off, like last time. I'm thinking that I'll have the cherries first 'cos they are my favourite fruit.
