I'd had a healthy, pretty low calorie day food-wise today and yesterday and decided I had earnt a treat, so I had a pud today too... I'm smack bang in the middle of my healthy weight range for my height, so putting on a bit of extra weight on Monday isn't a problem. I'd obviously had either ice cream or chocolate on Monday too 'cos that was a sky-high calorie day too, according to my FitBit. I'm happy with my weight though, so as long as I neither lose or gain more kilos than I should, then I'm fine with that.
Today's lunch was a small salad of 6 cherry tomatoes (to finish off the pack), the other half a bag of sweet and crunchy salad (which was a portion according to the pack and it got another open packet out of the fridge), a spoonful of pitted olives and 2 slices of Quorn chicken-style slices. For my treat I had a tub (4.5 servings - woops! lol) of gorgeous dairy-free ice cream and I'm defrosting with a mug of decaffeinated tea to warm me up before I do my medically approved laps this afternoon.
