How's things in your world this morning?
I'm bitterly cold and will be until after lunch at the very earliest 'cos I've got a busy morning ahead of me and most of the carers leave the living room door wide open as they barge past me through the front door then open it as far as it'll go when they leave too, so it's pointless putting the heating on until they've left for the last time each day.
I've literally only just remembered to take my first pills of the day and week, but I remembered to take the bread out of the freezer while I was making my first hot drink of the day.
I got the results of the National Grid thing into the appropriate email account and apparently I saved 40% of the electricity (the minimum was 20%) and they are going to credit my reward to my account in the next 14 days. Fancy taking a guess at what the reward is gonna be, for becoming psychotic and cold and bored for 3 hours?
You'll never guess!

Yep, you read that right, less than 10p per hour for three hours of putting my health at risk.
I won't be doing it again.
My carer could turn up at any time now, so I'm gonna publish this and make a start on putting my first to-do list of the week together.
