Aaaaand...

...relax.

A day without the stresses of most of my emails, thanks to my email programme not opening all day, I haven't coped to badly at all and I'm gonna reward myself with one final drinking chocolate 'cos I think I deserve it.

I've cleared my browser caches ready for tomorrow's weekly scan, but I won't do the backups until I'm back from my medical appointment otherwise my blood pressure will be through the roof.  Gotta remember to take the letter for my GP with me and to put my keys on as soon as I've got washed and dressed in the morning... you watch me forget something vital though!  lol

Gonna go and make myself the drinking chocolate then read through Facebook for a while methinks.
