Today's lunch was my first proper meal (as opposed to bars of chocolate or crisps or peanuts) for 3 weeks and it was two slices of fruit loaf with dairy free spread and a 500ml glass of water to wash it down with.
My calorie count is in the green today, so I'll have a few more me-friendly creamy hot chocolates to turn it red this afternoon which'll hopefully mean that I've put on enough weight this week to stop being underweight.
