My last post last night was proof of just how appalling my maths is! I've used a calculator this time and worked out that my carers will be earning £24,340.80 an hour, based on the under 30 seconds of actual care I've had this week.
The way I worked it out was that it'll be £202.84 for 6 hours of care that I don't get so it's £202.84 for 30 seconds of actual care a week, multiply that by 2 to find out the total for a minute of actual care which comes to £405.68, right so far? Let's assume that I am and multiply that minute of care by 60 for the hour, which takes it to £24,340.80 per hour of actual care.
I don't think anyone would complain about being paid over £24,000 per hour, right?
