  • Run daily virus scan - it found 1 advanced issue which is now resolved
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Bring in first delivery
  • Bring in second delivery
  • Put in new grocery order
  • Put FitBit image together
  • Code and upload FitBit image to my homepage
  • Get sponsorship for MacMillan - my postie said that he was going to sponsor me even though he barely knows me!!
  • Get sponsorship for LPT
  • Keep checking FB about languages
  • Keep checking FB and health site about gums
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Make breakfast of Weetabix and juice
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Do washing up

  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Do morning laps
  • Keep planning out NaNo25's magical MG manuscript from chapter 6

  • Clothes being picked up by Anglo on Wednesday 12th
  • Arrange for my brother to collect the heirlooms - we're narrowing it down slowly now... ideally in the first half term of 2025 - I've just emailed him to ask again
  • Edit manuscript again in March
  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • As well as the snacks in the tubs on the side
  • And chocolate raisins in the fridge
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread too
