The warranty people have approved the claim so the installers are going to come out on 28th and replace the tank for me!! I'll be able to have hot baths and showers and get washed without having to boil the kettle again!!
I'm sat here shaking like a leaf and tears are threatening to roll down my cheeks, but AT LAST I'll have hot water and heat again!!!
