This has just arrived so it was brand new but the rattling sound with even the slightest movement filled me with dread.
I opened the box to a nasty surprise - one of the mugs was completely without a handle as it had broken off and the second mug doesn't feel very well made and at risk of breaking too.
Basically a complete waste of money and I wish I hadn't ordered them now!
