I've woken up feeling exhausted, in a lot of pain, swollen and just generally bleh which prolly means that today will be a bad day for me.
I've taken my last blood pressure reading of the week and it was high again (but still low on the reference range), popped my morning pills and started charging up my Visible - it's a good job I put the reminder on here last night 'cos I'd completely forgotten that I needed to do it this morning!
The last virus scan of the week was clear and I'm expecting a delivery today so I'm predicting it will turn up while I'm getting washed and dressed this morning if Loki is in top form today - I'm asking that it arrives at a more sensible time though lol
Time to get today's to-do list together while I wait for my final carer of the week now.
