It's gonna be a busy day for me today so I've started the day off by taking my Visible reading, then my blood pressure, then my pills, then my breakfast.
I've decided to lie to everyone about what I have for my lunch - from now on, the only people who will know the truth are the people who read this blog or follow my Instagram page 'cos I'll be telling people in person that I have beans on toast or spaghetti on toast or tinned soup and buttered toast or sarnies or salad in warmer weather made entirely by each carer, even though the reality will still be a mug of instant soup or hot chocolate made by me.
The virus scan was still clear, so that's reassuring, so I'm gonna make myself a mug of coffee and then put today's breakfast photo up.
