I've had a very active day today because of the caffeine this morning and the two sets of laps today!
I'm absolutely knackered so I'm heading off to beddy-byes now 'cos the side-effects from my last two pills of the day are rapidly kicking in.
I'll see you all in the morning when I've gotta remember to put the bags in front of the door after my laps.
