I woke up and came downstairs feeling pretty good, so I took my blood pressure then tried to send the readings to myself so that I could put them onto the spreadsheet, but my email programme decided to play silly beggars with me! It took the best part of 20 minutes but they are sorted now.
Today's Visible score is 3 out of 5 so I'll try and take it a bit easier today.
The morning virus scan was still clear, so that's a relief.
I've popped my morning pills with my first glass of water of the day so I'm good to go now.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
